When will my item be shipped?

All items are shipped within 14 days of payment.

My credit card was charged but my item is still showing unpaid. What happened?

If your item shows “unpaid,” it’s because your transaction did not complete. Still, you may see a charge on your credit card statement as many credit card companies will place a pre-authorization hold on your card when you input it to make a purchase, regardless of whether you complete it. If you attempt to make a purchase and get an error, you may see this kind of pending charge on your statement. The pending amount will drop off in a few days and you can try your purchase again at any time.

May I request a specific color if “colors may vary”?

If you would like a specific color, please Contact Us, include the product name, auction ID number, and your 1st and 2nd color choices. We’re happy to accommodate you whenever possible.

Can I swap out my gift card for a different one?

Unfortunately due to inventory control issues, we are unable to exchange gift cards.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to addresses located in the United States and Canada. In the United States, we do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, but these shipments can incur additional transit fees.

Why can’t I track my item that was sent Certified Mail?

Unfortunately, USPS doesn’t provide point-by-point tracking details for Certified Mail. If you have a question about delivery, you can Contact Us.
