At HappyBidDay, our goal is to make sure that you are happy with the items you win. If for any reason, within 14 days of delivery, you decide that you no longer want an item you purchased and received, just Contact Us and we will be more than happy to help you.
Please include these details in your correspondence:
- Your Username
- Auction ID (found in Won Auctions in your account)
- Product Name
- Reason for the return
Once we receive your message, we will start the return process. You will need to send us back the unopened item in its original packaging. Please let us know when it has been sent. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which may be deducted from your final refund in some cases. Once we receive the item, we will happily process your refund. IMPORTANT: Please do not send back any items without first contacting us. We receive a lot of shipments every day, and surprise arrivals can cause backups and processing delays.
