Damaged Merchandise

All HappyBidDay products are always packed with care in their original sealed packages. Still, sometimes stuff happens and occasionally items can get damaged in transit. If this ever happens to you, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will happily replace your purchase.

If you receive a damaged item, first, please accept our apologies. Next, have a seat at your computer and do the following:

  1. Click here to send us a message.
  2. Fill out all of the requested information in the form (including the Auction ID is imperative).
  3. In the Message section be sure to include a brief explanation of the damage.
  4. Click Submit.

We will then start the replacement process by scheduling a pickup for your damaged item and/or providing a prepaid return label. As soon as it arrives back at our warehouse, we will do a quick inspection, and get your replacement on its way to you.

IMPORTANT: Please do not send back damaged goods without first contacting us. We receive a lot of shipments every day, and surprise arrivals can cause backups and processing delays. Our goal is always to process damaged merchandise replacements as quickly as possible, but we need your help to keep the process smooth. Thanks for understanding.
