Merchandise Refund Policy

Changed your mind? It happens. No problem, we’ve got your back. If after receiving your product you decide you no longer want the item, we’ll happily accept a return within 14 days of delivery.

To start the return process, email these details to support@happybidday.com:

  • Username
  • Auction ID (found in Won Auctions in your account)
  • Product Name
  • Reason for your return

We’ll then start the return process by scheduling a pickup for the item. As soon as it arrives back at our warehouse, we’ll get your refund squared away.

A few notes about our merchandise refund policy:

  • Refunds are only issued for new, unused items in their original packaging
  • Refunded amount includes the auction closing price and the original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs and spent bids are non-refundable
