If after reaching out to our Support Team you still feel HappyBidDay is not for you, we will happily refund any unused bids within 3 days of purchase. To start the return process:
- Click here to send us a message.
- Fill out all of the requested information in the form.
- In the Messages section be sure to include the reason you’re requesting a refund.
- Click Submit.
Unused bid refund requests are always processed within 3 business days. Refunds should reflect on your statement within 14 business days after you receive your refund confirmation. This time frame varies depending on your bank.
A few notes about our bid refund policy:
- Refunds are only issued for unused bids that were purchased. Sorry, but once you’ve spent your bids, they are no longer refundable.
- Bids obtained from won auctions, promotions, or guarantees are not refundable. Also, bids returned from Buy It or Bids Back Auctions are not refundable.
- Bids from a purchased bid package are non-refundable once any of those bids are used to win an auction.
- Closing your account does not initiate the refund process; please contact us using the information above to get your refund underway. If you decide to close your account prior to requesting a refund for unused bids, processing may be delayed.
