I cannot log in to my account.

When logging in, be sure to use the same email address you registered with. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it any time by clicking “Forgot Password” from the log in bar. An email will automatically be generated with reset instructions; be sure to check your spam/junk folders if the email cannot be located in your inbox.

If you’ve forgotten the email you’ve registered with, please Contact Us┬áto let us know and re-register with your current email address.

Can everyone in my household have their own username?

At this time, HappyBidDay only allows one account per household.

I entered the wrong address during registration, how do I correct it?

Contact Us to let us know what happened. Include the correct address and we’ll gladly update our records.
